This course provides a foundational understanding of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial mindset. Students explore how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and transformed into viable business ventures. Through case studies, hands-on exercises, and collaborative projects, the course examines the processes of innovation, value creation, business modeling, and risk management. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the essential skills and knowledge needed to conceptualize, analyze, and present a new business idea or entrepreneurial initiative.
